This weekend, we are planning to finish updates to one of our key application servers. This is work we started last weekend that needed further updating.  This work is not related to the ongoing Salesforce work, but it is to help get our older systems to a more stable environment with a path to modernize them. As we experienced last weekend, the process takes many hours during which applications like the web portal, mobile app, Sales Studio, and some live reports are inaccessible. We are planning a shorter window this time around, but it is still significant. 

Scheduled Downtime for Application Server Upgrades

Friday, June 5 @ 6PM (Pacific) – Saturday, June 6 @ 2PM (Pacific)

The maintenance window will start Friday night, and we will work to restore access as soon as possible on Saturday afternoon. Users may see periods of time where apps become available, but until we send word that the process has completed successfully, no new work should be done using Precoa applications. Otherwise, the work may be lost and need to be re-entered. These periods of time of accessibility will be short compared to the overall time where apps will be unavailable. Please plan accordingly to minimize any disruption to your work. After the maintenance window has concluded, if you have any issues or concerns about logging into any of Precoa’s applications, please reach out using the IT service desk: Information Technology Desk – Jira Service Management or email agent support at agentsupport@precoa.com
